	Completed an assignment to find a very experienced Business Development Manager with vast experience within the Films Industry. We found the ideal applicant who has since been promoted to Sales Manager.

	We have been involved in a number of recruitment projects within the UK and Europe including Managing Director, Sales Director UK, Business Development Managers, Production Management and Export Sales Manager – France / Benelux.

	Instructed by this privately owned Polythene Manufacturers to find them a Sales Director but had to be done in a strictly confidential basis. Advertised the position under our banner and filled the vacancy within 2 weeks.

	Instructed by their MD to supply high calibre individuals from the industry for a major push on their Sales Division. We located a senior person within the Printed Films and Laminates Sector and subsequently placed a Business Development Director within the company.

	Sent some company literature to this company this year and their MD was actually looking to recruit a Sales Manager to develop French Markets. We persuaded him to delay his position to advertise the position in the Times and he agreed to interview one of the applicants whose details were included on the mail shot. Three meetings later they offered the position to our candidate and she recently joined the company.

	This client contacted us when they were looking to strengthen their Sales Division. We took down the job specification and worked on it by doing a search of the industry and by working on recommendations we put forward three very good candidates. The MD was so impressed with the quality he ended up taking two of the three applicants on board and he is delighted with their performances.
